"Imagine growing up in a particular environment where you have this fragile brain where certain lights, noises and change of routine affect you in many ways, now imagine this is your family's work and life style and heritage and you struggle with being part of this communit, because your mind works in a different way and you can't interact with other showman because of this fragile mind, I am a showman, an "autistic showman". This piece represents my struggles with autism and being a showman, I struggle with the noises and lights every where I went there were screams putting me in a sensory overload, I couldn't paint the traditional showman calligraphy so I decided to add mouths to represent loudness, I wanted to make a loud image with colours based on showmans rides.
